We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, shapewear, bodysuits, and intimate items can only be returned if they are unused and the original hygiene seal has not been removed or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
